Cleario Won't Open or Keeps Crashing

If Cleario will not open or closes unexpectedly after launching, follow these steps.

STEPS
1. Restart your PC and try opening Cleario again. Many launch issues resolve after a reboot.
2. Right-click the Cleario shortcut and select Run as administrator. Some Windows configurations require elevated permissions to launch.
3. Check for a Windows Update. An incomplete update can cause application launch failures. Run Windows Update and restart if updates are pending.
4. Temporarily disable your antivirus or security software and try launching Cleario again. Some security tools incorrectly flag Cleario components.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cleario:
  a. Open Settings → Apps and uninstall Cleario.
  b. Restart your PC.
  c. Download a fresh installer from the link in your confirmation email.
  d. Install and activate Cleario again using your license key.
6. If the issue continues, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request. Include your Windows version, a description of when the crash occurs, and any error messages you see.

Note: If Cleario crashes immediately after a Windows Update, include your Windows version and build number in your support request.
