Cleario requires Windows administrator rights to install. Here is how to resolve permission errors.
STEPS
1. Make sure you are logged into a Windows account with administrator rights.
2. Right-click the Cleario installer and select Run as administrator. Enter admin credentials when prompted.
3. If you are the administrator but still see a permission error, try lowering User Account Control (UAC) temporarily:
a. Open Control Panel → User Accounts → Change User Account Control settings
b. Move the slider to Never Notify and click OK
c. Run the installer
d. After installation, restore UAC to its default level immediately
4. If your PC is managed by an employer or IT department, Cleario cannot be installed. It is designed for personal PCs only.
Note: If installation is blocked by corporate IT and you would like a refund, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us within 30 days of purchase.
