How to Download and Install Cleario?

A step-by-step guide to downloading and installing Cleario on your Windows PC. The process takes a few minutes.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

• Your PC meets the system requirements
• You have your download link from your purchase confirmation email
• You are logged in as a Windows Administrator
• You have an active internet connection

STEPS

1. Open your Cleario purchase confirmation email. It contains your download link and license key. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
2. Click the download link to save the Cleario installer to your Downloads folder.
3. Open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer file.
    Tip: If you cannot find the file, open File Explorer and click Home to see recently downloaded files, or search for the filename in the Windows Search bar.
4. Click Yes when Windows asks for permission to make changes (User Account Control prompt).
5. The Cleario installer opens. Review the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, then click INSTALL.
6. The installer downloads and prepares Cleario. A progress bar shows the percentage complete.
7. Once complete, Cleario opens automatically to the Performance Home screen.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• 'Conflicting Product Detected' error → Another PC optimization product is installed. Uninstall it first. See: Conflicting Software Detected During Installation.
• UAC prompt does not appear → Right-click the installer and choose Run as administrator.
• Installation stops or freezes → Check your internet connection. Temporarily disable antivirus real-time protection and try again.
