If you did not receive your Cleario confirmation email after purchase, here is what to check.
STEPS
1. Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails are sometimes filtered automatically.
2. Search your inbox for emails from 'Cleario' or 'mycleario.com'.
3. Wait 10–15 minutes. Confirmation emails are usually instant but can occasionally be delayed.
4. Check that you entered your email address correctly during checkout. If you made a typo, the email was sent to the wrong address.
5. If you still cannot find it, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request. Include the email address used during purchase and the approximate date and time of purchase.
Note: Your order number and license key are also shown on the confirmation page immediately after payment. If you still have that browser tab open, you can retrieve your key from there.
