STEPS
- Check your email for a renewal reminder or billing confirmation from Cleario - this will clarify what the charge is for.
- Log in to your bank or payment account to check whether the charge has fully processed or is still pending.
- If you believe the charge is incorrect, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request as soon as possible.
- Include: your full name, email address used to purchase, charge amount, charge date, and a screenshot of your bank or card statement if available.
We review billing queries promptly and issue refunds where a charge was made in error.
