2. Include:
• Your full name
• Email address used to purchase
• Order number (found in your confirmation email)
• License key
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
3. Our support team will confirm and process your refund by email.
4. The refund will appear on your card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
Note: The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and we will review the charge.
AFTER A REFUND
Your Cleario license is deactivated once your refund is processed. To use Cleario again, you will need to make a new purchase.
