This is not expected behavior. In most cases, a restart resolves it immediately.
STEPS
1. Restart your PC. Most Cleario optimizations take effect only after a reboot.
2. Open Cleario and run a fresh scan to check your current system status.
3. Check if Smart ActiveCare is running a background scan - this temporarily uses system resources and is normal.
4. Open Toolbox → Process Scanner and look for memory-intensive background processes that started recently.
5. Open Toolbox → Startup Optimizer and check for unnecessary startup programs.
6. If slowness continues, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request. Include your Windows version and a description of when the slowness occurs.
Note: Running another PC optimization tool at the same time as Cleario can cause conflicts. Try disabling the other tool to test.
