Cleario is not designed to delete personal files or application data. If you believe files are missing, contact support immediately.
Cleario targets only performance-related data: temporary files, cached data, browser cookies, and non-essential registry entries. It does not access, move, or delete documents, photos, videos, or application data.
STEPS
1. Check your Recycle Bin first. Files removed during cleanup sometimes appear there. Right-click → Restore to recover them.
2. Check whether the file may have been moved to a different folder by Windows.
3. If you still cannot find the file, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us immediately. Include:
• Your name and license key
• The approximate date and time of the scan
• What files appear to be missing
• Steps you have already tried
Important: Reports of missing personal files are treated as the highest priority. Do not run further scans until you have spoken with support.
