How to Activate Your License Key

When you download Cleario after purchase, your first installation is activated automatically - your license key is embedded in the download link. Once installed, you will see your remaining days at the bottom of the Cleario window. No manual activation needed on your first device.

If you are installing Cleario on a second or additional PC, you will need to enter your license key manually.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR KEY

• In your purchase confirmation email - search your inbox for an email from Cleario
• On the order confirmation page, immediately after payment

Can't find your key? Visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request with the email address used to purchase and your order number.

ACTIVATING ON A SECOND OR ADDITIONAL PC

1. Open Cleario after installing it on the new device.
2. When prompted, paste your license key from the confirmation email. Avoid typing it manually to prevent errors.
3. Click Activate. Cleario connects to the internet to verify your key.
4. Once verified, your license status appears at the bottom of the Cleario window, showing days remaining.

TIPS

• Always paste your key rather than typing it
• Watch for look-alike characters: 0 (zero) vs O (letter O), 1 (one) vs I (uppercase i) vs l (lowercase L)
• Your key is not case-sensitive
