If your license key is not activating, follow these steps.
STEPS
1. Check your internet connection. Cleario needs internet access to verify your key. Open a browser and confirm you can load a website.
2. Paste the key from your email rather than typing it manually. Check for look-alike characters: 0 vs O, I vs 1 vs l.
3. Check that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking Cleario. Try temporarily disabling it, then activate again.
4. Confirm you have not reached the 10-device limit. If you have, contact support to transfer your license.
5. If none of the above helps, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request. Include your license key, order number, and the exact error message you see.
Tip: Activation often happens automatically during installation. Check the bottom of the Cleario window for 'X Days Remaining' - if it shows a number, your license is already active.
