How to Transfer Your License to a New PC

If you have replaced or reset your PC, you can move your Cleario license to the new device.

STEPS

1. On your new PC, download the Cleario installer from the link in your original confirmation email.
2. Run the installer and complete the installation steps.
3. Enter the same license key you used on your previous device.
4. Cleario activates normally if you are within your 10-device limit.

REACHED YOUR DEVICE LIMIT?

If you have previously installed Cleario on 10 devices and need to add more, visit support.mycleario.com/hc/en-us and submit a request. The support team can release unused device slots.

Note: Uninstalling Cleario from an old device does not automatically free up a device slot. Contact support to have slots released manually.
